基于“毒邪”理论探讨胆囊息肉的治疗

摘　　要：运用中西医理论,结合现代医学研究,探讨胆囊息肉的中医病机及治疗方法。认为毒邪有外毒、内毒之别,内毒是由脏腑功能紊乱,阴阳失调而产生的病理产物,蕴结体内,造成身体内脏的损伤,而胆囊息肉的成因与内毒密切相关,其病机为肝气郁滞,脾胃湿热,湿郁而成痰,热郁而化火,痰毒火毒,损伤胆络,凝滞形成息肉,治疗以疏肝理气,清热解毒,健脾化痰为大法。Using the theory of traditional Chinese and Western medicine ,combined with modem medical research ,the pathogenesis and therapy of TCM disease methods polyps of the gallbladder. Evil is not poison, endotoxin, lipopolysaccha- ride is the viscera function disorder, the pathological products, imbalance between yin and Yang and the accumulation body, causes the body to the visceral injury, and the causes and internal gallbladder polyps are closely related. The path- ogenesis of gallbladder polyps to liver qi stagnation, spleen stomach damp heat, damp stagnation and phlegm, stagnation of heat and fire, phlegm and toxin injury bile stagnation of collaterals, burn,forming polypus. Conclusion the treatment of clearing heat and resolving phlegm dampness if the basic method.
