摘　　要：创新型国家建设已经成为中国经济社会发展中心任务,根据我国现阶段创新型国家建设的新特征,构建创新型国家建设评价指标,不断提高和优化创新水平,建立系统、完整的三级评价指标体系,在此基础上,通过建立国家创新体系优化模型,运用相关检测方法,针对我国创新型优化指数,通过评价分析,研究我国创新型国家建设的优化程度以及建设中所存在的缺陷,为建设创新型国家、优化国家创新体系,为创新型国家建设提供科学依据,为提高我国创新能力提出对策。The construction of innovative country has become the central task of economic and social development in China. According to the new features of the construction of our country at the present stage of the innovation oriented country, an evaluation index of building an innovation oriented country will be constructed through the improvement and optimization of the innovation level, and the establishment of a complete three stage evaluation index system. On this basis, the defects existing in the construction of optimization will also be studied to provide scientific suggestion to improve the country＇s innovative capability.
