石蜡油口服联合开塞露纳肛对混合痔患者进行术前肠道准备的效果探讨

摘　　要：为探讨石蜡油口服联合开塞露纳肛对混合痔患者进行术前肠道准备的效果，将拟行手术治疗的200例混合痔患者随机分为治疗组和对照组，各100例。两组采用不同方法进行术前肠道准备，治疗组予石蜡油口服加开塞露纳肛，对照组予硫酸镁溶液口服，对比两组患者肠道清洁度及不良反应。结果显示，两组患者肠道清洁度比较差异无统计学意义，P〉O．05；但治疗组患者疲劳感、肛门坠胀感发生率均明显低于对照组，P〈O．05。结果表明，石蜡油口服联合开塞露纳肛对混合痔患者进行术前肠道准备方法简便，经济实惠，效果肯定，不良反应少，值得临床推广应用。In order to investigate the efficacy of administering paraffin oil orally and Kaisailu（ingredient： glycerin and purified water） by anus to the patients with mixed hemorrhoids for preoperative intestinal preparation, the 200 patients with mixed hemorrhoids to be subjected to surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,100 cases for each;the former was given with above mentioned method for their intestinal preparation, the latter with magnesium sulfate oral then the intestinal cleared degree and patient＇s adverse reaction were observed and compared each other. As results, between both groups there was no statistical difference in the cleared degree（ P 0.05） ,while in the incidence of adverse reac- tion such as patient＇s fatigue and anal tenesmus sensation treatment group was significantly lower than con- trol group（ P d0.05）. Results show that administering paraffin oil orally and Kaisailu by anus to the pa- tients with mixed hemorrhoids for preoperative intestinal preparation is a simple and easy method, and thrifty, with less adverse reaction and positive efficacy, which worthy to popularized clinically.
