摘　　要：环境利益体现了利益内涵中的人与自然关系部分,人类社会的一切活动都是建立在环境利益基础之上的,人类的生存与发展离不开环境利益的获取与维持。生态文明是在遵循自然规律的基础上实现人、自然、社会和谐发展,进而取得的物质与精神的丰硕成果的总和。作为人类文明的新形态,生态文明蕴涵着人与自然之间先进的交互作用模式,它的建设必须依赖于环境利益的获取与维持。本文的边际贡献在于开创性地探讨以环境利益的获取与维持来支撑生态文明建设的有效模式。The environmental interests reflect the relation between human and nature. Human social activities are based on the foundation of environment interests, and the human being＇s survival and development are inseparable from the acquisition and maintenance of the environmental interests. Ecological civilization follows the law of nature and is realized on the basis of harmonious development among human, natural, and society, and obtains the great harvest about material and spirit. As a new form of human civilization, ecological civilization contains advanced interactive model between the human and nature, and its construction must be dependent on acquiring and maintaining environmental interests. The marginal contribution of this article is groundbreaking on the acquisition and maintenance of environmental interests that supports the effective mode of ecological civilization construction.
