摘  要:【目的】分析鸡卵母细胞卵黄生成受体(OVR)基因5′侧翼区多态性与鸡蛋胆固醇含量的关联性。【方法】以丝羽乌骨鸡为研究对象,测定936枚丝羽乌骨鸡蛋黄和全蛋胆固醇含量,利用聚合酶链式反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)方法结合PCR产物测序技术,对丝羽乌骨鸡OVR基因5′侧翼区进行多态性检测,并分析其多态性与鸡蛋胆固醇含量的关联性。【结果】丝羽乌骨鸡蛋黄胆固醇含量为13.411mg/g,全蛋胆固醇含量平均为456.502mg/hg。在鸡OVR基因5′侧翼区检测到g.9511G>A和g.10428T>C 2个突变位点,其与鸡蛋蛋黄和全蛋胆固醇含量显著或极显著相关,胆固醇含量较低的基因型分别是GG和TT(P<0.05)。【结论】鸡OVR基因5′侧翼区多态性对鸡蛋胆固醇含量有一定影响。[Objective] This study aimed to analyze the association between the polymorphism in 5p flank region of chicken oocyte vitellogensis receptor gene (OVR) and egg cholesterol content. [Method] Silky fowls were used as the research subjects. A total of 936 silky eggs were used to measure the choles- terol contents in yolk and the whole egg. Polymerase chain reaction-restriction fragment length polymor- phism (PCR-RFLP) and PCR products sequencing method were used to detect the polymorphisms (SNPs) in the 5~ flank region of the OVR gene,and analyze the association between SNPs and egg cholesterol con- tent. [Result] The average cholesterol contents in yolk and the whole egg were 13. 411 mg/g and 456. 502 mg/hg,respectively. Two SNPs (g. 9511G^A and g. 10428T)C) were significantly or extremely signifi- cantly associated with the cholesterol contents in yolk and the whole egg. Genotypes GG and TT had the lowest cholesterol contents (P^0.05). [Conclusion] OVR gene had certain effects on the egg cholesterol content.
