中西医结合治疗眼球钝挫伤所致难治性青光眼疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗眼球钝挫伤所致难治性青光眼的疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的患者随机分入标准对照组、空白对照组、治疗组,标准对照组使用西医西药的治疗方法,空白对照组使用中医的治疗方法,治疗组在使用西医治疗的基础上加用中医治疗,比较三组间在治疗病程、控制眼压、改善眼部胀痛症状方面的差异。结果:治疗组病程短于标准对照组(P<0.05);在治疗刚开始的第一治疗单元,三组在控制眼压、改善眼局部症状方面没有差异(P>0.05);在第二、三、四治疗单元,在眼压控制方面及改善眼部症状方面,治疗组均优于标准对照组及空白对照组(P<0.05);标准对照组与空白对照组比较:仅第二治疗单元,在症状改善方面,空白对照组优于标准对照组(P<0.05);其余方面比较,两组间没有差异(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗眼球钝挫伤所致难治性青光眼在控制眼压、缩短高眼压持续时间,改善眼局部症状方面优势明显。Objective： To evaluate the effectiveness that combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy to treat intractable glaucoma caused by eyeball blunt injury. Methods： Patients were randomly divided into standard controlled group, blank controlled group and treatment group, the standard controlled group used western medicine ther- apy, the blank controlled group used TCM therapy, the treatment group used combined treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy, comparing among the three groups in treatment duration, control intraoeular pressure, improve ocular pain symptoms differences. Results ： The treatment group of short duration in the standard controlled group （ P 〈0. 05 ）. In the treatment of first started treatment unit, the three groups in control of intraocular pressure, improvement of eye local symp-toms there were no significant difference （P 〉0. 05 ）. In the second treatment unit, the third and fourth treatment unit, the treatment group in control intraocular pressure, improvement of ocular symptoms were better than the standard controlled group and the blank controlled group （P 〈0. 05）. Only in the second treatment unit, the blank controlled group in improving eye symptoms was better than the standard controlled group （P 〈 0.05）. But in other ways, the standard controlled group and the blank controlled group in control of intraocular pressure, improvement of eye local symptoms there were no significant difference （P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion： Combining treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine therapy for eye blunt injury caused by intractable glaucoma can reduce IOP, shorten the duration of the high IOP, improve ocular symptoms.
