摘　　要：目的探讨弱视患儿在进行弱视综合训练时致眼外伤的原因及预防。方法对近4年所接诊的弱视患儿在进行弱视综合训练过程中所致外伤的类型和治疗效果进行分析。结果 103例(106眼)弱视患儿角膜擦伤较多,经对症治疗后,基本治愈。结论 103例弱视患儿在进行弱视综合训练时致眼外伤均不严重,但也应做好防范工作。Objective To investigate the cause of ocular trauma in training of amblyopic children. Methods Analyze the type and treatment effect of ocular trauma caused by amblyopia training. Results 103 eyes of 106 cases amblyopia children were injured. The vision improved quickly after the treatment. Conclusions The trauma caused by amblyopia training is not severe, but the attention should be paid during amblyopic training.
