摘　　要：作为知识表达与组织的一种技术，语义技术具有强大的推理能力和共享与互操作特性。近十年来，在诸多领域得到了广泛应用，用语义技术开发信息系统的优势越来越明显。然而在历史文化领域，语义技术的深度应用还很缺乏。该文系统地论述了用语义技术搭建中华基本史籍分析平台的研究成果，从史籍资源的处理、应用系统的实现等角度对该平台的核心技术进行了阐述，并对系统中涉及的难点问题进行了剖析，验证了语义技术在历史文献领域应用的可行性，为构建史籍语义分析系统探索了新思路。Semantic technology, as a new technology of knowledge expression and organization, has powerful reasoning capability with characteristics of sharing and interoperability. It has been widely applied in many fields in the past ten years. The advantages of semantic technology applied in development of information systems become obvious. However, in the fields of history and culture, applications of semantic technologies are rare. In this paper, we use semantic technology to build the basic historical analysis platform. Core technologies of the platform are elaborated and problems involved in the system are analyzed from aspects of historical resources processing and system development. We verify the feasibility of semantic technology applied in the field of historical documents and provide a new idea for the construction of historical records semantic analysis system.
