摘　　要：目的探讨硫氧还蛋白还原酶(TR)在结直肠癌中的活性表达及临床意义。方法检测30例结直肠癌患者及30例健康体检者血浆中TR活性表达,并作相关分析;对30例结直肠癌患者TR和CEA,CA19-9,CA72-4的检测结果进行回顾性分析,分析TR和CEA,CA19-9,CA72-4在结直肠癌患者中的阳性率。结果结直肠癌患者血浆中TR活性明显高于健康体检者,且有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结直肠癌患者TR,CEA,CA19-9,CA72-4的阳性率分别为50.00%,26.67%,43.33%,20.00%.结论 TR活性表达与结直肠癌密切相关,且在结直肠癌中TR的阳性率高于CEA,CA19-9,CA72-4的阳性率,有望成为新的结直肠癌的标志物。Objective To explore the expression of thioredoxin reduetase activity in colorectal cancer and its clinical signifi- cance. Methods Thinly cases of colorectal cancer patients anti 30 healthy subjects were chosen for detecting sertnu TR activity expression and carrying out correlation analysis. The positive rates of serum TR and CEA,CAI9-9,CA72--4 from 30 eoloreetal cancer patients were ana- lyzed. Results TR activily in serum of patients With eoloreetal cancer was significantly higher than healthy subjeets,and lhere was statistic＇al- ly significant（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The positive rates of TR and CEA, CA19-9, CA72-4 in eolorectal cancer were 50.00% and 26.67% ,43.33% ,20. 00%. Conclusion The expression of TR activity expression is closely related to coloreetal cancer,and the TR in eolorectal cancer is higher than CEA ,CAIg-9 ,CA72-4 positive rate. It is expected to become a new marker of colorectal cancer.
