摘　　要：通过对现代大学生的心理特征分析,为增强高校学生思想政治工作的针对性、实效性,将"南风效应"应用于高校学生管理工作中,通过"创造南风氛围,实施南风长吹,具备南风素质"这三个方面,对当前高校学生管理工作进行探索和改进,旨在为改善和促进高校学生思想政治工作提供有益借鉴。In order to enhance the pertinence and affectivity of the ideological and political work of college students, this article deals with applying the“South Wind Effect”in college student management work with a view to exploring and improving the current college student management method, which can be fulfilled by creating“South Wind Effect”atmosphere, boosting the students’development and equipping them with the quality of“South Wind Effect”according to the analysis of the psychological characteristics of modern col-lege students.Aims to provide a useful reference for the improvement and promotion of college students＆#39; ideo-logical and political work.
