摘　　要：中国航海教育的现状与国际经济竞争的需求和国内外航海业发展的迫切需要相比,已经相对滞后。通过野外生存生活训练来提高航海从业人员的综合素质,如:身体素质、心理素质、社会适应能力等。The present situation of Chinese navigation education and the demand of international economic competition compared with the urgent need of domestic and international maritime industry development are latively lagged. To improve sailing employees comprehensive qualities through the field survival training such as： physical quality, psychological quality, ability to adapt to society.
