摘　　要：人格心理学的成熟和发展揭示了人格的整体性,确立了人格形象。小说人物塑造只有从"性格刻画"提升到人格塑造,才能呼唤出传之于世的精品力作。小说人格塑造只有具备必然性和创造原则——共性化原则、个性化原则、稳定性原则和发展原则——才能塑造出丰满多维度的人物形象。The maturity and development of personality psychology revealed the integrity of personality and established personality depiction as an important criteria for character creation. It calls for the upgrading of character creation in novel writing from ＇characteristic description＇ to ＇personality depiction＇ Only in this way can a piece of work become an enduring classic. The-only way to achieve this state and realize well-rounded portrayal of characters is to follow in- evitability as well as the ＂four principles of character creation -- commonization principle, individualization principle, stabilization principle and development principle.
