摘 要:目的:体外实验比较氟离子导入与氟化泡沫对人工根面龋再矿化作用的差异,探讨氟离子导入的作用机制。方法:制备人工早期根面龋模型35个,随机分为5组:空白对照组、1.23%氟化泡沫组、氟离子导入组、氟化钠溶液组及生理盐水导入组。各组样本经过pH循环处理后,于扫描电镜和激光共聚焦显微镜下拍摄图像,并分析结果。结果:氟离子导入组及氟化泡沫组样品表面较其余各组光滑,可见明显的再矿化沉积物;二者脱矿深度与荧光面积相对于其余各组显著减小(P<0.01),但两组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论:氟离子导入与1.23%氟化泡沫对早期人工根面龋均有明显再矿化作用,两者再矿化效果无显著差异。Objective:To investigate the relationship between fluoride iontophoresis and remineralization of human root caries in vitro.Methods:Thirty-five human root samples were demineralized by acid-etching, randomly divided into five groups , then pretreated with 1.23%fluoride foam, 4%NaF solution with iontophoresis , 4%NaF solution simply and physiological saline with iontophoresis re-spectively.Then the samples were remineralized by pH-cycling, and the effects of remineralization were analyzed by laser scanning confocal microscope (LSCM) while lesions were photoed by scanning electronic microscope (SEM).Results:Observed by SEM, the two groups pretreated with 1.23%fluoride foam and 4%NaF solution with iontophoresis had smoother surfaces and they had significant differences in reducing demineralized depth and area compared with other groups (P&lt;0.01)analyzed by LSCM, but there was no sig-nificant difference between themselves (P&gt;0.05).Conclusions:Both fluoride iontophoresis and fluoride foam can promote remineral-ization of root caries , but have no significant differences in reducing demineralized depth and area .
