摘　　要：从国内煤矿辅助运输现状出发,分析了制约现代化矿井高速发展的"瓶颈",以石槽村煤矿为例,介绍了辅助运输系统优化方案及优化思路,为其他矿井建立高效辅助运输系统,提供借鉴经验。This paper analyzes the ＆quot;bottleneck＆quot; that constraints of modern mine high speed development from the present situation of domestic coal mine auxiliary transportation, take Shicaocun coal mine as an example, introduces the optimization scheme and op-timization ideas of auxiliary transportation system, provide reference for other mines to establish efficient auxiliary transport system.
