摘  要:为了建立胸膜肺炎放线杆菌、副猪嗜血杆菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌这3种猪常见呼吸道致病菌的区分鉴定方法,比较分析了3种细菌的生化特性,总结挑选出具有区分鉴定意义的生化项目,并从每种细菌中分别选择2个已知菌株进行生化反应的平行试验,同时用16SrDNA技术对细菌进行鉴定。通过对6株已知菌株的区分鉴定表明,细菌生化鉴定和16SrDNA鉴定均可用于3种猪呼吸道致病菌的鉴定,但两种方法配合使用,可以提高区别鉴定的效率和准确性。To study the method for detection and identification of Actinobacillus pleuropneumoniae, Haemophilus parasuis and Pasteurella multocida, the common bacterial agents of porcine respiratory diseases, some biochemical test items exhibiting genus or species-specific characteristics were selected on the basis of the analysis and comparison of biochemical profiles among three kinds of bacteria, and the confirmatory tests were performed on two strains of representative bacteria of each kind, respecitively. Meanwhile, the above-mentioned bacteria were identified by 16 S rDNA gene sequencing. According to the detection and identification of these 6 strains of bacteria. The results showed that biochemical test as well as 16 S rDNA gene sequencing,can successfully identify three kinds of bacterial agents, but a combination of these two methods may enhance the accuracy and effiency of bacterial identification.
