摘 要:为明确酸枣内生真菌的多样性和抑菌活性特征,采用组织分离法对酸枣植物内生真菌进行了分离,并采用平板对峙法对从酸枣植株不同部位分离的内生真菌进行筛选,用生长速率法测定了内生真菌发酵液的抑菌活性.研究结果表明:从酸枣体内分离的40株内生真菌中,25株具有一定的抑菌活性,占分离总数的62.5%.其中,SZJ-2、SZJ-5和SZJ-8菌株对梨黑斑病菌等具有较强的抑制活性,抑菌率在30.6%~70.7%之间,表明所分离的3株内生真菌抑菌活性较好,且能产生多类抗菌物质,具有进一步开发应用的价值.In order to explore the diversity and antifungal and antibacterial activities of endophytic fungi from wild jujube,endophytic strains were isolated from different tissue segments of wild jujube,and selected by using microbial antagonism test based on their antifungal and antibacterial activities.The antifungal activities of the fermentation broth were detected by the growing-rate method.The results showed that 62.5 % endophytic fungi presented antibacterial activity for 5 plant pathogens.SZJ-2,SZJ-5,and SZJ-8 strains had stronger antifungal activity to Alternaria alternata.The inhibition rate ranged from 30.6% to 70.7%.This study indicated that three strains had strong activity and produced many kinds of antibacterial materials,deserving exploration for further application.
