微探头超声内镜在食管癌T分期及癌前病变中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的探讨微探头超声内镜在食管癌T分期及癌前病变中的诊断价值。方法对经常规内镜活检确诊为食管癌及癌前病变的48例患者进行微探头超声内镜检查,进行T分期评价,并将检查结果与外科手术或内镜黏膜切除术后病理相比较。结果 40例食管癌患者微探头超声内镜检查后进行T分期,准确率分别为T1 100%、T2 76.9%、T3 80%;8例癌前病变患者分期准确率为100%。结论微探头超声内镜对判断食管癌T分期和癌前病变准确率较高,可为选择治疗方案提供依据。Objective To study the diagnostic value of mini - probe Endocopic Ultrasonography in preoperative T staging of esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions. Methods Endocopic Ultrasonography was performed on the 48 patients with esophageal cancer and precancerous lesions diagnosed by conventional endoscopy. And the results were compared with the findings of surgical pathologic or endoscopic mucosal resection（EMR）. Results There were 40 cases of esophageal cancer,of which the accuracy rates of T staging is 100% for T1,76. 9% for T2,80% for 13 when compared with surgical pathologic findings. And the accuracy rate for 8 cases of precancerous lesions was 100% compared with EMR find- ings. Conclusion Endocopic Ultrasonography has a high accuracy rate for the diagnosis of preoperative T staging of esoph- ageal cancer and precancerous lesions,and it is of great significance for the disease to choose a proper therapy plan.
