摘　　要：目的检测Runx3蛋白在宫颈癌组织中的表达,探讨Runx3蛋白与宫颈癌发生、发展、临床病理特征及患者预后之间的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法,检测78例宫颈癌组织、21例宫颈上皮内瘤变组织及20例因良性病变切除子宫的正常宫颈组织中Runx3蛋白的表达。结果 Runx3蛋白在宫颈癌、宫颈上皮内瘤变及正常宫颈癌组织中的中阳性表达率分别为35.7%、68.6%及93.6%,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Runx3蛋白阳性表达与宫颈癌组织病理分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关,而与患者的年龄、大小及临床分期无关;Runx3蛋白表达阳性者的生存率高于表达阴性者的生存率(P<0.05)。结论 Runx3蛋白的低表达与宫颈癌的发生发展密切相关,可作为评估宫颈癌患者预后的一项重要指标。Objective To investigate the expression of Runx3 protein in cervical carcinoma tissues and explore the rela- tionship between the expression of Runx3 protein and patbogenesis, development, elinieopathological features and its prognostic significance in cervical carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemieal SP method was used to detect the ex- pression of Runx3 protein in 78 cases of cervical carcinoma,21 cases of cervical intraepitbeliai neoplasia（CIN） and 20 cases of nomal cervix obtained from patients whose uterus was performed for benign diseases. Results The expression positive rates of Runx3 protein in cervical, CIN and tcarcinoma nomal cervixissues were 35.7% ,68.6% and 93.6%. And there were significant differences between each group;The expression of Runx3 protein was related to tumor differentia- tion, iuvasive depth and lympbnode metastasis, but not to age, sex, tumor size and TNM stages ; the survival rate of the pa- tients with Runx3 protein expression was higher than that without Runx3 expression （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Runx3 protein may play an important role in the occurrence and developmentof cervical carcinoma,and it is an important marker in evaluating the prognosis of the patients.
