摘　　要：EBZ200悬臂式远控掘进机是一种针对煤矸粉尘和瓦斯问题突出严重的煤矿综采及高档普采工作面采掘巷道、半煤岩巷道的掘进以及类似的其他矿山巷道开拓掘进而设计的新型远距离控制和自动截割成形的掘进设备,第一输送机能够在无人操控的情况下自动实现煤矿井下工作面掘进时煤矸等散状物料的快速转运。主要介绍了其结构组成和功能特点,重点介绍了各个主要部件的设计和物料输送原理。EBZ200 remote control road header is a new type remote control and automatic forming cut heading equipment, which designed for the excavating of the mechanized caving and high grade conventional mining working face stoping development, semi-coal rock tunnel and other similar mine tunnel. The first conveyor can realize auto-rapid transfer of the coal and gangue etc. bulk material when driving the coal mine working face. This paper mainly introduces the structure and components and functional characteristics of the first conveyor, it focuses on the introduction of the main components design and material handling principle.
