采煤机双刀示范记忆截割数学模型的研究

摘　　要：根据采煤机采煤工艺,在分析采煤机工作姿态变化规律的基础上,推导双刀示范记忆截割数学模型和再现轨迹时采煤机姿态与示范截割时的姿态关系,并分析误差,最终论证利用推导出的算法对滚筒调节并使之到达示范截割模式下的轨迹的可行性。According to the process of coal mining, based on analyzing the change law of working attitude of shearer, this paper has derivated the mathematical model of double knife demonstration memory cutting and the attitude relationship between the model of emersing path and demonstration, then analysed the error, demonstrated the feasibility of these derived algorithms and methods in order to adjust roller to its working position fanally.
