摘　　要：近年来,世界各国各种形式的虐童现象居高不下,而家庭环境中儿童虐待现象尤为突出,给儿童的身心健康发展造成了极大的负面影响。从心理学的角度探讨家庭环境内儿童虐待的心理危害和致成因素,才能真正贯彻"儿童最大利益"原则,制定正确的应对策略。儿童权利是当今世界人权的重要内容,唯有将其纳入法律保护的范畴,才能防止和降低家庭环境内儿童虐待现象的发生,保障儿童身心健康发展。In recent years, various child abuse phenomena exist, especially child abuse at home, which makes the negative impact on children＇ s physical and psychological development. It＇s significant to promote the children＇s growing up healthily and reduce and prevent family child abuse phenomena through studying the psychological damage and causes of child abuse in family and putting forward the corresponding coping strategy.
