摘 要:毕业生去向是表征高等教育机构培养特色和办学质量的关键指标之一。北航中法工程师学院经过九年的办学实践,形成了中法两国高等工程教育融合的国际通用工程师培养模式,为社会输送了首批持有法国和欧洲认证的工程师学历证书和北航硕士证书的毕业生。本文通过分析学院毕业生的去向说明中法合作培养的通用工程师人才培养模式的定位与特点;通过与合作方法国中央理工大学的毕业生就业情况进行对比,说明通用工程师人才培养的教育理念和中外合作办学的本土化特征。The distribution of graduates is one of the key indicators to show the training mode and quality of higher educational institutions. Beihang Sino-French Engineer School, after nine yearsr teaching prac- tice, has formed the international general engineers training mode by the fusion of higher engineering education of China and that of France. The school has been supporting our society by cultivating the first graduates who have gained engineering diploma accredited by France and Europe and master's de- gree from Beihang University. In this paper, the positioning and characteristics of international gener- al engineer training mode are analyzed based on the distribution of the first graduates. By comparing the employment condition of graduates from the Ecole Centrale de Paris with that of China, the author hereby presents the pedagogies as well as the localization of transnational education of general engineer training.
