摘　　要：成效为本的教学法定位于满足学生和社会的需要,通过不同的教学方式与途径,达到预定的教学效果。本文研究了成效为本教学法的基本原理及阶段要求,通过分析学生核心能力的培养与"PLC控制技术"课程的关系,进行了成效为本的教学改革实践,设计了可操作性较强的评价指标,在教学实践中取得了显著效果。Outcomes-based teaching can meet the needs of students and the future of social roles, and use different teaching methods to reach expected teaching effect. This paper studies the basic principle and phase requirements of outcomes-based teaching, analyses the relationship between the cultivation of college students＇ core ability and PLC Control Technology course, designs the strong operability evaluation index, and achieved the significant results in the teaching practice.
