摘 要:为了对凹版印刷机的能耗进行测试与分析,根据不同机构的能耗特性,将能耗机构分为与"印刷相关"和与"印刷无关"两个部分,建立凹版印刷机集成能耗模型,并在此基础上,引入开关函数和常量来描述与"印刷无关"部分的能耗,用功率平衡方程计算"印刷相关"部分能耗。使用功率仪测量变频器的三相电源接入端的功率,并通过计算机对数据进行滑动平均滤波处理。经过实验验证,最终得出凹版印刷机各机构的能耗分布图,结果表明,干燥系统是凹版印刷机耗电最大的装置。In order to test and analyse the energy consumption of gravure printing machine, according to the various characteristics, the energy mechanism is divided into “related to print” and“independence to print”, establish the integrated model of gravure printing machine energy consumption, and base on this, introduced the switching function and constants to describe the “ independence to print” part of energy consumption, calculating the “related to print” part of energy consumption with power balance equations. Test method uses power meter to measure the power consumption of the three-phase power supply access, and disposing the power signal sampling with Moving Average Filter on computer. By experimental verification, it finally obtains the energy distribution figure of gravure printing machine according to the energy consumption of each mechanism. The results show that the most power consumption unit is drying system.
