摘　　要：阐述高职院校图书馆提升竞争力的重要性.对存在问题进行分析,针对存在问题,在人本管理、馆员队伍建设、文献资源建设、读者服务等方面探讨提升高职院校图书馆竞争力的具体措施.This paper analyzes the existing problems and explores the specific solutions for the library＇s man- agement system, librarian team building and literature resources construction in Polytechnic Institute Library, so as to study the method for improving the competitive power of the library.
