摘 要:以广东省职业技术院校教师为研究对象,从信息意识、信息知识和能力、信息道德等方面出发,调查广东职业技术院校教师的信息素质概况.通过量化分析,根据SWOT结构化的平衡系统分析体系,总结影响教师信息素质提高的内外部因子.根据对影响因子的二次分析(项目管理因果分析方法等),检测出制约职业技术院校教师信息素质的相关因素,形成SO、WO、ST、WT矩阵.基于环境因素分析和SWOT矩阵分析,提出培养和提升职业技术院校教师信息素质的可行策略.Information literacy has become one of the basic elements which is examined in the process of competitive strategy of high-tech talents. Meanwhile,it is the necessary professional quality for them?in teaching and research work.?Firstly, the meaning and importance of information literacy were discussed. Then Through the literature material method, interview method, questionnaire survey method, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and matrix method ,based on collection of 365 questionnaires from teachers at polytechnic colleges in Guangdong, it analyzes the situation of information literacy from three aspects, sense of information, information competence, and information ethics. According to the balance of the SWOT structured analysis system and on the basis of sta- tistical analysis and quantitative analysis, it summarizes the influence of internal and external factors to limiting of teachers' information literacy and form the analysis of SWOT matrix. At last, the author gives the strategy in the form of the SWOT model on how to improve information literacy.
