摘  要:提出一种适用于软岩隧道(巷道)中的新型波形腹板金属支架结构.波形腹板工型构件由波形钢腹板与平翼缘钢板焊接而成.这种结构加工制作简单、施工快捷、能较好地适应软岩大变形、力学性能良好.以马蹄形断面的支架为例,分析了波形腹板支架结构的弹性屈曲性能,讨论了构件截面各参数变化对其弹性屈曲荷载的影响.结果表明:波形腹板的波幅、波高对结构屈曲荷载的影响不大,而腹板高度和翼缘宽度等参数对其影响较显著.通过对波形腹板工型构件、U型钢和矿用工字钢构件稳定承载力的比较表明,波形腹板构件的轴压稳定承载力较高,用钢量较省,具有良好的经济效益.A novel metal support named H-Shaped members with corrugated webs is devised for supporting tunnels or roadways in soft rock. The H-shaped member with corrugated webs is welded with plain flange steel plates. This new support technique has several advantages inclu- ding easy assembly and installation, good mechanical properties, in particular, it can adapt to large deformation in soft rocks. The elastic buckling behavior is analysed for a new horse-shoe shaped support with corrugated webs. The influences of the sectional parameters on the elastic buckling loads are discussed as well. The results show that the wave amplitude and wave height of the corrugated webs have marginal influence on the buckling loads than those of the height of the webs and the width of the flanges. By comparison of the axial stability of the H- shaped member with corrugated webs, U-shaped member and mining H-shaped steel, it is shown that the axial stability of the H-shaped member with corrugated webs is superior to the other two members, and the H-shaped member uses less steel and is more economical for appli- cation.
