摘　　要：探究多元文化背景下高校班集体现状及特点,以进行系统梳理总结,进而创造性、建设性的提出高校班集体建设的新对策、新举措,以期推进高校班集体建设。The class collective is not only the basic elements and important carriers of the education practice and ideological and political education, but also the cornerstone in the forefront of student＇s growth and development. On the basis of analyzing the current situation and characteristics of constructing the class collective in the multicultural background, new countermeasures and new measures about how to strengthen the construction of class collective were put forward.
