术后化痰方干预非小细胞肺癌术后围手术期的多中心随机双盲对照研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨术后化痰方在非小细胞肺癌术后围手术期应用的临床疗效。方法:选择非小细胞肺癌术后患者142例,随机分为治疗组(n=70)和对照组(n=72)。对照组给予常规抗感染、化痰治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加服术后化痰方,观察周期为7 d。评价两组患者的临床疗效,比较两组患者的咳痰量及疼痛情况。结果:治疗1周后,治疗组的中医证候疗效总有效率为85.7%,对照组为40.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗组患者的疼痛改善疗效总有效率为77.1%,对照组为41.4%,治疗组的疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗第5天、6天、7天,治疗组患者的咳痰量均明显少于对照组(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:术后化痰方治疗非小细胞肺癌术后围手术期患者临床疗效较好,有一定的临床应用价值。Objective： To explore the clinical effect of ＂Shuhou Huatan Decoction＂ （SHHT） for patients with non-small cell lung cancer （NSCLC） after surgery in perioperative period. Methods ： One hundred and forty-two patients with NSCLC after surgery were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. Both groups were treated with anti-infective and phlegm-resolving therapy, and the treatment group was treated with SHHT in addition, with a course of 7 days. The clinical effect was evaluated, and the pain and the amount of phlegm were compared. Results： After treatment of one week, the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 85.7% and 40.3% respectively on the improvement of the Chinese medical syndrome, with statistical difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ） ; the total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 77.1% and 41.4% respectively on the improvement of pain, with statistical difference between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. After treatment of 5 days, 6 days and 7 days, the amount of phlegm in treatment group was less than that in control group （P 〈0.05, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： ＂Shuhou Huatan Decoction＂ has good effect in treating patients with NSCLC after surgery in perioperative period.
