摘 要:教育是民生的重要构成部分,对民生其他方面的改善起着基础性作用。教育的民生功能是教育系统在塑造和提升民生主体的主体性,引导民生主体提升生存发展能力与生活质量,进而促进民生主体全面发展过程中所发挥的功效与作用。教育的民生功能不是固有的,而是通过改革教育的整体结构生成的。教育民生功能实现的策略包括:树立教育的民生价值观、保证教育政策的民生导向、调整与优化教育结构、增强民生导向的课程改革。Education is an important component of the people's livelihood, and plays a fundamental role in improving other aspects of people's livelihood. The functions of education in people's livelihood is the effect of education system on shaping and promoting the subjectivity of the subject of people's livelihood, guiding the subject of people's livelihood to improve viability, development capacity and life quality, and promoting comprehensive development. The role of education is not inherent, but generated by reforming the overall structure of education. The strategy of fulfilling the function of education in people's livelihood includes setting up the value of education that education should sever people's livelihood, ensuring that education policy is oriented to the improvement of people's livelihood, adjusting and optimizing the educational structure, enhancing curriculum reform oriented to people's livelihood.
