摘　　要：目的了解上海市青少年颈椎亚健康状况及相关的影响因素。方法采用分层随机抽样法,抽取上海市6所初中和8所高中在校学生,对其颈椎健康状况进行问卷调查。结果①共调研初高中学生1 200人,回收调查问卷1 096份,回收率91.33%;对问卷完成情况和认真程度进行分析筛查后,提取有效问卷1 000份,有效问卷回收率91.24%。②1 000名中学生中颈椎亚健康者610人(占61.0%,610/1 000);兼症以"寐差及记忆减退""头晕头痛"最为多见(52.1%);重点学校学生颈椎亚健康发生率高于普通中学学生(P<0.05,P<0.01)。③在影响颈椎健康的因素中,以"学习负担重"(43.1%,263/610)、"课桌椅与身高不匹配"(39.5%,241/610)为主。结论上海地区青少年颈椎亚健康发生率较高,严重影响学生的身心健康。Objective To study the cervical subhealth condition and its influential factors in Shanghai teenagers. Methods By stratified random sampling method, teenagers from 6 junior high schools and 8 senior high schools in Shanghai were enrolled. Their cervical condition was evaluated by questionnaire survey. Results ① 1200 teenagers were investigated. 1096 questionnaires were recycled, and the recycling rate was 91.33% ; 1 000 valid questionnaires were selected, and the selected rate was 91.24%. ② Among 1000 teenagers, 610 were in sub-health condition. The accompanied symptoms： sleeplessness, hypomnesia, vertigo, headache were common seen; the occurrence rate of cervical subheahh from key school was higher than those of ordinary secondary school （ P 〈 0.05, P 〈0.01 ）; ③Among the major influential factors of teenagers＇ cervical spine are the burden of learning （43.2%） and the mismatch of height and desks （39.5%）. Condttsion The incidence rate of cervical subhealth is high in Shanghai teenagers, and it influences their physical and mental health.
