摘  要:介绍了一种可在无外界能源条件下实现应急切割的新型弹药,这对于战场和抢险救灾如地震、雪灾的应急切割具有较大意义。通过实验分析该新型弹药(切割弹)的装药直径,研究了其对切割弹燃烧过程和切割效率的影响。实验表明,装药直径为32 mm时,燃烧时间相对较长,且弹体喷嘴出口压力平缓,可实现对钢板较为理想的切割。装药直径较小时,切割时间只有约3.5 s,同时热量有限,难以实现较好的切割效果。随着装药直径取值(>32 mm)的增加,弹内发生侵蚀效应,喷嘴出口压力峰值过大,有效热量相对值下降,切割效率降低,同时易产生安全隐患。This paper intrnduces a new type of ammunition which can make cutting without external energy,which has significance for field emergency rescue and disaster" relief such as earthquakes and snowstonns,etc.The paper designed experiment to study on the change of charge diameter of this type of ammunition (cutting ammunition) , which will have an effect on combustiu,1 process and cutting efficiency of cutting ammunition.The experimental results show thai when the charge diameter values about 30 tmu.it makes working time relatively long and nozzle exist pressure gently,leading ideal cutting.While smaller charge diameter can only makes about 2 s burning time and limited calories,leading bad cutting. As the value of charge diameter increase (〉30 ram), It leads to the erosive burning, causing higher nozzle exist pressure ,lower relative value of available heat and cutting efficiency which will bring about security prublems.
