摘　　要：中国民事诉讼法学研究会每年的年会较为集中、全面地反映了一段时期内民事诉讼法学的研究热点、重点与难点。从某种意义上讲,它是我国民事诉讼法研究总体水平的一种体现。2013年年会的主题是"新民事诉讼法的理解与适用"。透过对会议论文的分析、梳理,可以发现新民事诉讼法施行一年多来所呈现出的变化、发展以及不足。The Chinese society of civil procedural law annual symposium is the most important national meeting of the research. The symposium reflects the hot issues, key problems, and the difficult questions in civil proce- dural law research area relatively focused and complete. To some extent, it also opens a widow to present the whole research level of civil procedural law in China. As the major part of the meeting outcome, the collected papers in the symposium under a certain topic are valuable and significant. And the topic of 2013 is ＂under- standing and application of the new amended civil procedural law （2012） ＂. Analyzing these papers we find the changes, the development, and the shortage of the new amended law.
