摘 要:以投喂商品饲料的克氏原螯虾(Procambarus Clarkii)为对照组,分别用发芽1 d、2 d、3 d的小麦投喂的克氏原螯虾作为试验组,投喂35 d后测定各组螯虾的生长指标、营养指数,以及螯虾肝胰腺和肌肉中非特异性免疫相关酶活性和蛋白浓度,探究发芽小麦在克氏原螯虾代谢强度较低的秋冬季节替代商品饲料的效果。结果显示:肝胰腺中,投喂发芽1 d小麦组超氧化物歧化酶活性最高,投喂发芽1 d和3 d小麦组溶菌酶活性显著低于对照组和投喂发芽2 d小麦组,投喂发芽2 d小麦组酸性磷酸酶显著低于对照组和其他两组;肌肉中,投喂发芽1 d小麦组超氧化物歧化酶和碱性磷酸酶活性与对照组无差异,溶菌酶和酸性磷酸酶活性显著高于对照组;投喂发芽小麦后克氏原螯虾的成活率、增重率、营养指数和肝胰腺中蛋白浓度与对照组相比无显著差异。结果表明:发芽1 d的小麦与商品饲料均有提高克氏原螯虾生长速度和非特异性免疫功能的作用,且效果相近,可以作为克氏原螯虾秋冬季节的替代饵料。Under the same growing conditions, this experiment used Procambarus Clarkii which feed with commercial feed as a control group, and used P. Clarkii which feed with germinated wheat as experimental Group. After 35 days, growth in- dex, nutritional index, as well as hepatopancreas and muscle of enzymes related to non - specific immune parameters and protein content in P. Clarkii were measured to explore the effect of germinated wheat substituting commercial feed in autumn and winter when the intensity of metabolism of P. Clarkii was lower. The results showed that the group feed with wheat ger- minating for 1 day had not significant effects on the activity of superoxide dismutase and feed with wheat germinating for 2 and 3 days had significant effects on the activity of Lysozyme compared with the control group in the hepatopanereas; the group feed with wheat germinating for 1 day had significant effects on the activity of superoxide dismutase and alkaline phos- phatase and not significant effects on the activity of lysozyme and acid phosphatase in the muscle. No significant difference was found between the effects of control group and those of the experimental group on survival rate, weight gain rate, nutri- tional index and protein content. The experiment showed that the effects of 1 - day germinated wheat and commercial feed on the growth and non -specific immunity of P. Clarkii were similar.
