摘 要:借助佛罗里达的"创意资本理论",解读法国巴黎玛黑区为何能在非规划控制的前提下由工人阶级社区成功转型为创意阶层社区,以其创意产业自发集聚的发展路径,阐明对创意阶层的吸纳是创意产业集聚区形成的前提,一个拥有更多市场需求、更多专业人士和更高宽容度的地区要比那些在上述方面处于劣势的地区更容易激励创新以及拥有更好的经济增长力。According to Richard Florida's theory of the creative capital, the author illustrates why Marais of Paris could grow to be one of the most vigorous creative industries cluster without specific planning and the creative class replaced the working class to be the most powerful community. Marais, with its development path of spontaneous accumulation of crea- tive industries, indicates that the absorption of the creative class is the premise of the formation of a creative industries clus- ter. Furthermore, the area with more market requirements, more professionals, and more tolerance would encourage inno- vation more easily and gain better economic growth than its disadvantaged counterparts.
