摘 要:针对液压挖掘机动臂下放时大量势能转化为热能的问题,提出一种同时采用进出口独立节流调节、流量再生和能量回收的新型动臂节能系统,分别建立传统动臂系统和新型动臂节能系统的准静态数学模型,通过推导和比较分析,明确新型动臂系统中动臂提升和下放的节能机制和所节约能耗的分布,结果表明该新型动臂节能系统具有较好的节能性。Based on inefficiency analysis of the traditional boom system, an innovative boom energy saving sys- tems of flow regeneration and hydraulic energy recovery technologyis was brought forward according to the separate meter-in meter-out. The principle of the system and the advantage compared with traditional hydraulic boom system were presented. Then through quasi-static model and analysis, the method of energy saving and the detailed source of the saved energy were further described. In Summary, The results showed that the innovative energy-saving system has good potential for improving energy utilization of hydraulic excavator.
