摘 要:针对文丘里净化生物质气化燃气焦油问题,基于正交试验法研究了文丘里主要几何参数对除焦效率和压力损耗的影响规律,并推测了文丘里喉管长度和喉管直径对文丘里除焦特性的影响作用。实验结果表明:文丘里几何参数对除焦性能影响的主次顺序依次为:喉管长度、喉管直径、收缩角和扩散角;随着文丘里喉管长度和喉管直径的增加,在提高除焦效率的同时也加剧了系统的压力损耗;在本文研究条件下,合理的文丘里几何参数为喉管长度70mm、喉管直径50mm、收缩角6°、扩散角22°。In order to settle the problem of tar droplets from biomass gasification gas by venturi scrubber, the effects of main geometric parameters of venturi on purification efficiency and pressure drop was researched based on orthogonal test, and the effects of throat length and diameter of venturi pipe on purification characteristics was speculated. The primary and secondary order parameters in venturi purifying biomass gas were found. The most important factor is throat length, followed by throat diameter, contraction angle and diffusion angle. The experimental results shows that the pu- rification efficiency and the pressure drop are both increased with the increasing of throat length and diameter. Under the conditions of this study, 70 mm for throat length, 50 rnm for throat diameter, 22° for contraction angle and 6° for diffusion angle is reasonable geometric parameters of venturi tube.
