摘 要:以某鹅颈式半挂车车架为研究对象,在Pro/E中建模,利用ANSA进行前处理,通过ANSYS12对车架在满载纯弯曲工况、满载弯扭工况、满载转弯工况、满载制动工况和满载加速工况下进行有限元分析。通过计算,得到车架在不同工况下的变形和应力分布,分析出车架的最大受力部位和变形部位,为此类车架以后的设计和改进提供理论依据。As the research object to the gooseneck type semi-trailer frame, the model is built by the PRO/E software and pretreated by the ANSA. Then the Finite element model is analyzed under Full load bending conditions, fully loaded torsion condition, fully loaded turning condition, fully loaded braking condition and fully loaded acceleration conditions. By calculation, the deformation and stress distribution of frame at different conditions are obtained. That can analyze the largest parts of the force and deformation parts of the frame. At the same time, the reference for the future design and improvement of such frame is offered.
