中西医结合治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎92例疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察明目退翳汤加减方和转移因子胶囊联合使用对复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎的疗效。方法:治疗组48例(67只眼)在常规使用抗病毒药物基础上加用明目退翳汤加减方和转移因子胶囊治疗,对照组44例(61只眼)单用抗病毒药物治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率为95.52%,对照组总有效率为78.69%,治疗组复发率为11.94%,对照组复发率为40.98%,两组疗效及复发率均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:明目退翳汤联合转移因子胶囊治疗复发性单纯疱疹性角膜炎能提高疗效和降低复发率。Objective ： To observe Mingmu Tuiyitang and transfer factor capsule combined curative effect of recurrent herpes simplex keratitis. Methods： treatment group （48 cases （67 eyes） on the basis of routine use of antiviral drugs used Mingmu Tuiyitang and transfer factor capsule treatment, control group of 44 cases （61 eyes） to antiviral therapy. Results： Treatment group total effective rate was 95.52%, control group total effective rate was 78.69%, the treatment group recurrence rate was l 1.94%, control group recurrence rate was 40.98%, two groups of curative effect and recurrence rate were statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Chinese Mingmu Tuiyitang combined transfer factor capsule in treatment of recurrent herpes simplex keratitis can improve the curative effect and reduce the recurrence rate.
