摘　　要：教师要成为真正知识的传播者、年轻一代的塑造者,应具有强大的教育教学能力,如言语表达能力、教育观察力、注意分配的能力等,于此同时还应具有很高的教育素质,如先进的教育理念、高尚的人格魅力、合理的智能结构等,只有如此,才能把教育事业做得更完美。Teachers should have a strong education teaching ability, such as verbal expression ability, education ability of observation, the distribution ability of attention, etc. If wanting to the communicators of real knowledge and shapers of the younger generation, at the same time should also has very high education quality, such as advanced education idea, noble personality charm, reasonable intelligence structure, etc., only then can do more perfectly.
