摘 要:为研究沥青路面力学损伤与水损坏的相互驱动作用对损伤沥青混合料的渗透性和水稳定性演化规律的影响,利用由SPT(简单性能试验方法)试验得到的动态模量定义了沥青混合料损伤,并考虑试件尺寸效应,通过大量试验提出了基于超声波波速的沥青混合料损伤表征方法;通过渗透试验研究了沥青混合料损伤-渗透性模型,并通过汉堡模型试验研究了损伤和不良应力状态等对沥青路面水损坏的影响。结果表明:沥青混合料渗透性与压剪损伤呈开口向上的抛物线关系,随压剪损伤先减小后增大;沥青混合料渗透性与拉伸损伤呈Lorentzian函数关系,随拉伸损伤持续增大;损伤和不良应力状态对饱水沥青路面的水损坏有很大影响,特别是在湿热环境下;在对沥青混合料渗透性和水稳定性进行评价时应考虑沥青路面损伤对水损坏的影响,以反映全寿命周期内沥青路面性能的变化,同时要重视不良应力状态对路面运营状态的不利影响。To study the influence of the interaction between the pavement mechanical damage and moisture damage on the evolution of the permeability and water stability of damaged asphalt mixture, by simple performance test (SPT), a dynamic-modulus-based asphalt mixture damage was defined. With the size effect of the asphalt mixture specimen considered, the method of damage characterization by ultrasonic wave velocity was put forward. The damage-permeability model of asphalt mixture was studied through the permeability test, and the effects of damage and undesired stress states on the pavement moisture damage were also investigated through Hamburg wheel tracking tests. The results indicate that the permeability of asphalt mixture has a parabola relationship with compression-shear damage, initially decreasing and then increasing with the damage. However, the permeability has a Lorentzian function relationship with the tension damage, continuously increasing with the damage. The damage and undesirable stress states have a great influence on the moisture damage of saturated asphalt pavement, especially in hot and humid environment. In order to reflect the performance change of asphalt pavement during its life cycle, it is suggested that the impact of the asphalt pavement mechanical damage on moisture damage should be considered for evaluating the permeability and water stability of asphalt mixture. Meanwhile, the negative influence of the undesirable stress states on the pavement operating condition should be emphasized.
