摘　　要："阳光体育运动"通知颁布后的前三年,多数高校在宣传报道、系列活动、启动仪式、改善锻炼环境、器材设备添置等方面做了大量的工作,但后续工作的开展不尽如人意,未达到预期目标。"阳光体育运动"工作的实施应成立领导小组,强化上级主管部门的检查监督,加强宣传力度和技术指导,并结合《标准》测试开展系列活动,改进选课方式,协同研究实施方案,以巩固实施效果,建立长效机制。During the first three years following the implementation of ＂Sunshine sports＂, most colleges and universi- achieve the target, it is supposed to set up a leading group, strengthen the check and supervision of the competent de- partment, enhance the propaganda ＂standard＂, and improve the way long-term mechanism with the new and technical guidance, carry out a series of activities in combination with the of choosing courses to consolidate effect with coordinated efforts and establish a implementation plan.
