透骨草体外抑制肺癌A_(549)细胞增殖有效部位研究

摘　　要：目的:筛选透骨草抑制肺癌A549细胞增殖的有效部位,为透骨草药效物质基础研究阐明并提供依据。方法:将透骨草分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,萃取后各部位分别在体外用MTT法检测透骨草对肺癌A549细胞的增殖影响,并根据实验结果确定透骨草的有效部位。结果:透骨草的各部位均有抑制肺癌A549细胞增长的作用,其中乙酸乙酯层提取物抑制肺癌A549细胞增殖的作用最为明显;而石油醚提取物的抑制作用最弱。结论:透骨草具有确切的抑制肺癌A549细胞增殖的作用,其乙酸乙酯层提取物为其有效成分集中部位。Objective ： To screen the effective parts of Speranskia inhibiting the proliferation of A549 cells and provide the material basis for the efficacy Speranskia clarify and the basis for research. Methods ： The Speranskia was extracted with petroleum ether, ethyl acetate and n-butanol, respectively. The various parts after extraction on the proliferation of A549 cells in vitro were tested by MTT assay, and the experimental results were used to determine the effective parts of Speranskia. Results： All parts of Speranskia have inhibition effect on lung cancer A549 cell growth, in which the ethyl acetate layer extract inhibits the proliferation of A549 ceils most obviously while the petroleum ether extract weakestly. Conclusion ： The exact of Speranskia has the inhibition effect of A549 cell proliferation, and its ethyl acetate layer concentrates the extract part of its active ingredients.
