慢乙肝患者小腿部足三阴经穴红外温度比较研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨慢乙肝患者经穴体表红外温度变化的循经特异性。方法:以慢乙肝患者为观察组,健康自愿者为对照组,采集研究对象膝关节至踝关节之间足三阴经所有经穴体表红外热成像,分别进行组内测温点红外温度,组间同名测温点红外相对温度(经穴温度/腋下温度)统计分析。结果:观察组经穴体表红外温度有升高趋势;中都、地机体表红外温度高于组内总体均值(P<0.05),组间相对温度比较,地机高于对照组(P≥0.05),中都高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:慢乙肝患者小腿部足三阴经穴体表红外温度呈高温变化,中都病理性升温显著,体现了经穴反映病症效应的循经性特异性和阴经郄穴治疗血证理论的科学性。Objective ： To investigate the track along meridian specificity of the infrared temperature changing on the chronic hepatitis B （ CHB ） patients＇ body surface of acupoints. Method ： The CHB patients were the observation group and the healthy volunteers were the control group. The infrared thermal imaging of all the acuoints of foot three yin meridians were collected from knee to ankle joint of the study subjects. The infrared temperature of the intra-group measuring points and the infrared relative temperature （ acupoints temperature/ipsilateral axilla temperature ） of the inter-group anti the same name measuring points were analyzed respectively. Result： The body surface infrared temperature of observation group acupoints showed a tendency of increase ; the data of Zhongdu （ LR6 ） and Diji （ SP8 ） was higher than that of the intra-group population mean （ P〈0.05 ）; the data of Diji （SP8） was higher than that of the control group （ P ≥ 0.05 ） and the data of Zhongdu （ LR6 ） was higher than that of the control group （ P〈0.05 ） from the point of inter-group. Conclusion ： The surface infrared temperature of foot three yin acupoints on the legs of CHB patients showed a tendency of increase. The temperature of Zhongdu （ LR6 ） showed pathological distinct increase. All this reflect the specificity of the acupoints which can respond the symptoms through the track along meridian specificity and the theory that Xi-acupoints of yin meridians can treat the blood syndrome.
