颌面部肿瘤应用贞芪扶正颗粒联合手术治疗临床疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究颌面部肿瘤应用贞芪扶正颗粒联合手术疗效。方法:资料选自2010年9月—2013年9月在本院诊治的恶性颌面部的肿瘤患者68例,按随机数字表方法分成2组,每组34例,予单纯手术作对照组,予手术联合贞芪扶正颗粒作研究组,分析两组疗效、生活质量及不良反应。结果:研究组有效率比对照组高;且比对照组生活质量评分优,具统计学上意义(P<0.05),同时研究组不良反应比对照组少,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对颌面部恶性肿瘤予手术联合贞芪扶正成效显著,具有一定临床应用和研究价值。Objective： To analyze the clinical curative effect on treating maxillofacial tumor by the combination of A-L Tonic Granules and surgery. Methods ： The data was selected from 68 cases of malignant maxillofacial tumors patients who had received treatment in our hospital from September 2010 to September 2013. According to random number table method, the data was divided into two groups,34 cases in each group. Patients in the control group only received surgery, and patients in the research group got the treatment which was the combination of A-L Tonic Granules and surgery. The curative effect, life quality and adverse reactions of the two groups would be analyzed at last. Results ： The curative effect was better in the research group compared with the control group. The research group＇ s score on life quality was higher than that of the control group, which had statistical significance （ P〈0.05 ）. At the same time, there was less adverse reaction in the research group, and the reaction difference was obvious （ P〈0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Treating malignant maxillofaeial tumor by the combination of A-L Tonic Granules and surgery is effective, and it has certain clinical application and research value.
