摘　　要：作者心中的学院梦是尽快把学院建设成为"国内一流教育学院"。这个学院梦,既承载历史,也直面现实;既昭示未来,也激励当下;既属于大连教育学院,也属于每一位学院人。要实现这一学院梦必须以"建设国内一流教育学院"为理想目标和价值追求,以"构建现代教育服务体系"为现实条件和制度保障,以推进"八项建设"为总体布局和实践领域。The dream in author＇s heart is to build the university into a ＂first-class education university as soon as possible＂. The dream both bears history and faces the reality, and it predicts the future and in- spires the present, and it belongs to Dalian Education University and to every stuff member. To realize the dream, we must regard the goal of ＂establish first-class education university＂ as the ideal goal and the pur- suing value, and regard ＂construct modern educational service system＂ as real conditions and system guar- antee, and regard carrying out ＂eight constructions＂ as the whole layout and practice field.
