摘　　要：中外合作办学是在经济全球化的趋势下高等教育合作与交流的重要形式,也是高等教育国际化背景下推进大学文化建设不可或缺的重要平台。以大学文化视角来审视中外合作办学中存在的问题,探讨解决这些问题的对策具有重大的理论意义和实践价值。Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools is the important form of cooperation and ex- changes of higher education and also is an important platform for promoting culture construction in univer- sities in the background of internationalization of higher education. It is of great theoretical significance and practical value to examine the existing problems of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools and to explore the countermeasures from the perspective of university culture.
