摘 要:建立高校基层学习型党组织是适应时代的需要,增强基层党组织的战斗力和育人使命。面对高校基层党组织在复杂的社会建设环境中学习上存在的弱化现象,积极探索加强高校基层党组织学习,把学习与时代主题、实际的学生工作、教科研结合起来。众多机制中,重点探析导向机制和保障机制中组织、考评和激励机制对高校基层学习型党组织建立的作用。The establishment of the learning-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities is to meet the need of the times. It is beneficial to strengthen the work effectiveness and educational mission of the grass-roots party organizations. However, there is a phenomenon that the party organizations at the grass-root level are paying less attention to what they should learn. In face of this, the author tries to find out some effective mechanisms to enhance the learning ability of the party organizations. In this paper, emphasis is laid on guiding mechanism, guarantee mechanism, evaluation mechanism and incentive mechanism as well as their influence on the establishment of the learning-oriented party organizations at the grass-roots level in colleges and universities.
