摘  要:目的了解铜陵市托幼机构保教人员手足口病健康教育方法及效果,为建立手足口病预防健康教育模式提供参考。方法采用单纯随机抽样法,选取铜陵市辖区20所托幼机构保教人员作为研究对象,同时将市辖区剩余的23所托幼机构作为对照组,对目标人群实施干预后,通过比较基线调查与干预后调查资料对干预效果进行评价。结果干预后,保教人员对"84"消毒液配制浓度要求、聚集性疫情停课标准以及手足口病部分基本知识知晓率与干预前自身比较,及干预后与对照组比较,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。干预组"84"消毒液配制、小班教师洗手和儿童洗手的正确率分别由干预前的55.0%,75.0%和35.0%提高至干预后的95.0%,100.0%和95.0%,且干预后与对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.05)。结论以卫生消毒和正确洗手为切入点,研制消毒配置器具以及以模拟训练为核心的托幼机构保教人员手足口病健康教育模式是可行的、有效的。Objective To determine health education on hand foot and mouth disease ( HFMD} among kindergarten teachers in Tongling city. Methods Twenty kindergartens were selected as the intervention group in Tongling city, using simple random sampling method. The other 23 kindergartens were chosen as control group. Comprehensive intervention was conducted among target population, and indices before and after interventions were compared and analyzed. Results After intervention, the correct response rates of concentration of 84 disinfectant solution, school-closing criterion for HFMD cluster, and HFMD-related basic knowledge significantly increased (P〈0.05). After intervention, rates of accurately prepared the standard solution of 84 disinfectant solutions, proper hand washing in teachers and children in the intervention group increased from 55.0%, 75.0% and 35.0% to 95.0%, 100.0% and 95.0%, respectively. All these indices differed statistically between intervention and control group after intervention. Condusion The established health education mode for HFMD prevention among kindergarten teachers seems to be feasible and effective.
