摘 要:目的了解昆山市小学生对学校突发公共卫生事件防控相关知识掌握现状,为提高学生对突发公共卫生事件防控认知和健康促进提供科学依据。方法分层随机整群抽取昆山市26所小学四~六年级学生3405名,对其学校突发公共卫生事件防控相关知识进行匿名问卷调查。结果被试者中所调查16项知识题总知晓率为71.7%%,分别为公办校76.5%,民办校71.7%;男生70.2%,女生73.6%;四年级学生68.1%,五年级学生72.1%,六年级学生74.3%,差异均有统计学意义(P值均〈0.01)。不同性质学校、不同性别和各年级问各题知晓率比较,公办校均高于民办校,大多数题女生高于男生,多数题随年级的上升而增高。结论小学生突发公共卫生事件防控相关知识掌握不够。学校应加强健康教育和防控知识宣传,把防控相关知识贯穿于学校教学活动中,进一步提高小学生的知识水平和防控意识。Objective To investigate knowledge related to prevention and control of public health emergencies among pu- pils in Kunshan, and to provide evidence for school based disease prevention and promotion. Methods Questionnaire survey was conducted among students from grades 4 through 6 in 26 primary schools in Kunshan. Results Percentage of correct answer to the 16 questions regarding public health emergieney was 71.7%. Significant differences were found in different school type, with public schools ( 76.5% ) higher than private school ( 71.7% ), girls ( 73.6% ) higher than boys ( 70.2% ), sixth graders ( 74.3% ) higher than fourth graders (68.1%) and fifth graders (72.1%). Conclusion Elementary schools should provide a wide range of public health emergency curriculum and promotion programs to students for appropriate responses to emergencies, including natural or man-made disasters.
